In connection with the activities conducted by our company, we process various types of personal data, both in relation to our employees and our business partners and other persons with whom we enter into the contact.

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data), which is effective from 25 May 2018 is therefore binding on our company as well.

The protection of personal data of all persons concerned is one of the most important duties of our company. We assure you that we have taken all necessary measures to prevent the leakage of your personal data and their misuse by any unauthorised persons.

For this purpose we have taken the following measures:

Employees
In connection with the processing of personal data of our employees, we keep only the records necessary for the performance of personnel and payroll. Employees have been made aware which information we collect about them and, if necessary, they consent to the collection of personal data.

Business partners and other persons
We only collect records about specific persons of business partners necessary for the relevant activity, such as buying, selling, consulting, etc. We hereby ask our business partners and other persons to pay attention to GDPR rules in relation to us and to our employees.

CCTV system
The company uses a CCTV system to protect its legitimate interests. The property is properly marked in this sense. Recordings are stored for 60 calendar days, after which they are automatically deleted and re recorded. The administrators of the camera system are Ing. Martina Rysková and Ing. David Ryska. Software products
We assess in detail and will continue to do so in the future whether the existing software products register personal data contain sufficient security against the misuse of personal data through them and we require support within the GDPR from the suppliers of these software products.

If the personal data provided by you is no longer needed (e.g. employment has been terminated, cooperation has been fulfilled or otherwise terminated on the basis of a contract), we collect it only for the necessary time according to the adopted directive and valid Czech legislation for personal data use. We dispose of all data that is not subject to archiving.

The company does not have a data protection officer.

In order to ensure the proper effectiveness of our company, as well as to provide proper and quality services to which we are committed to, some third parties also have access to your personal data. These are mainly lawyers, accountants and tax advisors, IT service providers; In order to protect your personal data, we have entered into honourable contracts with these persons, in which the appropriate attention is paid to the protection of your personal data.

You have the right to contact our company at any time and request information regarding the processing of your personal data.

You also have the right to request to delete, the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data, the right to restrict processing, to raise objections to profiling and automated decision-making and to transfer data. You can exercise your rights at any time through the above-mentioned person authorized by the GDPR agenda with the personal data controller, which is MEDIROL, s.r.o.
